Budgeted Weekly Macro Planner ("BWMP," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Wealthy Properties Redefined LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information BWMP collects or processes, how it is used, when service providers may receive information, and the choices available to users. This Privacy Policy applies to Budgeted Weekly Macro Planner across supported platforms, including iOS, Android, and web-based experiences where applicable.
Information We Collect and Process
Account and authentication information
BWMP processes information needed to create and maintain an account, such as your email address, authentication credentials or tokens, password-reset information, and session information. If you choose Continue with Google, authentication is handled through Google OAuth.
Profile and nutrition information
BWMP may process information you provide to calculate nutrition targets and personalize meal planning, including age, sex, height, weight, activity level, nutrition goal, calorie and macro targets, diet preference, allergies, available cooking equipment, meals per day, and grocery-budget settings.
Meal-planning and app-use information
BWMP stores information needed to provide its planning features, including generated meal plans, meal selections and modifications, serving quantities, favorites, grocery and shopping-list information, planner observations, preference signals, and related Adaptive Memory information used by supported personalization features.
Device and account-support information
BWMP may process device credentials, active session information, and password-reset tokens as needed for authentication, account security, and account recovery.
Camera and barcode scanning
BWMP requests camera access when you use barcode-scanning functionality. The current barcode-scanning use case does not require microphone access. You can control camera permission through your device settings.
How We Use Information
We use information processed through BWMP to provide and operate the app; create and maintain user accounts; calculate calorie and macro targets; generate, modify, and personalize meal plans; estimate meal and grocery costs; create shopping lists; remember supported preferences and user choices; provide authentication and password recovery; maintain app security and session integrity; process account deletion requests; troubleshoot and improve reliability; and comply with applicable legal or platform requirements.
Service Providers and Third-Party Services
BWMP relies on third-party services to provide specific functionality. Based on the current audited production architecture, these include:
- Google OAuth — authentication when a user selects Continue with Google.
- Emergent-managed Resend — delivery of password-reset email messages.
- Anthropic Claude through the Emergent LLM proxy — AI-assisted functionality used by supported BWMP features.
- USDA FoodData Central — food and nutrition information used by supported lookup or planning functionality.
BWMP provides information to these service providers only as reasonably necessary for the relevant functionality. We use service providers to process information on our behalf or to support specific app features, and we expect them to handle information consistently with applicable contractual, security, and privacy obligations. Their processing may also be governed by their own privacy terms and applicable agreements. BWMP does not currently include advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs.
Data Retention and Account Deletion
BWMP retains account-linked information while needed to provide the service and for the purposes described in this policy. You can delete your BWMP account from within the app through Settings > Delete Account.
When account deletion completes successfully, BWMP deletes the user-linked account data covered by the current account-deletion system, including the user record, profile, meal-plan history, favorites, Adaptive Memory records, device credentials, sessions, password-reset tokens, and user-linked migration-log records. Global non-user data such as the shared recipe corpus, store-item data, and global migration statistics is not tied to an individual account and is not deleted as part of an account deletion.
After successful deletion, the same email address may be used to create a new BWMP account. The new account receives a new user identity and is not reconnected to the deleted account's data.
You may also request deletion of your BWMP account through our public account-deletion page at https://bwmpapp.com/delete-account. The page explains how to submit a deletion request without reinstalling the app. Account deletion requests are processed in accordance with the account-deletion practices described above.
Your Choices and Controls
You may update supported profile and planning settings within BWMP. You may control camera permission through your device settings. You may sign out of the app at any time. You may permanently delete your account through the in-app Delete Account control. If you use Google authentication, you may also manage permissions associated with your Google account through Google's account controls.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed through BWMP. Authentication and account-deletion controls are designed to prevent unauthorized access and to invalidate access after successful account deletion. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
International Processing
The service providers used by BWMP may process information in locations different from where you live. Where applicable, information is handled according to the provider relationship, this Privacy Policy, and applicable legal requirements.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when BWMP's features, data practices, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of the policy will be updated when a revised version is published.
